Pattie is a licensed Florida real estate broker and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 30 years. She has been a Real estate professional since 1976 and a partner at Florida Retail Partners since 2000.

Pattie began her career as a retailer, negotiating leases for over 65 stores. Her responsibilities extended beyond the leasing and included the opening, staffing, training and operation of the stores, which were located in enclosed malls through out the US

Since 1980 Pattie’s primary area of focus has been working for Landowners, collaborating to work towards each individual property’s highest potential. Mentored by Stuart Golding and Leonard Levin, Pattie has specialized in value-added leasing, and weathered the many economic cycles that have occurred since she began.

Pattie aligns herself with the community that each center serves, and develops a clear understanding of what the consumer needs and wants. The ever-changing behavior of the consumer’s shopping patterns has always been a part of the equation for success. It is nothing new. We simply have to be in the position to adapt and evolve.
