RareHues Opens In South Tampa
FLORIDA RETAIL PARTNERS SECURES NEW LOCATION FOR RAREHUES IN SOUTH TAMPA
Ten years after opening in North Tampa, RareHues, a local home, decor and gift store filled with distinctively curated collections, has relocated to South Tampa. “This new location puts us closer to our client base as we’ve evolved into a smaller yet just as lovely shopping experience,” said owner Jen Carreno.
“We’re so excited to see our long-time client and one of our favorite stores opening in our own neighborhood,” said Florida Retail Partners’ Kalyn Brandewie. Brandewie also represented RareHues in the opening of their Carrollwood store in 2014.
Kathryn & Kalyn Brandewie of Florida Retail Partners, an X Team partner, negotiated the deal on behalf of RareHues. The store opened earlier this month in the former Amscot building located at 718 S Dale Mabry Highway, one block south of W Swann Ave and across from Christ the King Church. The lifestyle brand leased 2,804 square feet. Jeramiah Bustin with Engel & Volkers represented the building owner, JH&E Properties, in the lease transaction.
