Stuart Alan Segall

High-energy retail broker specialist Stuart Segall brings strengths in tenant prospecting and lease execution to the firm.

Stuart has seven years experience in the industry. Most recently he was responsible for Florida West Coast project leasing for Woolbright Development before which he worked with United Commercial Realty and dominion Advisory Group, both in Texas. His responsibilities have ranged from pre-development to specialty outlet centers in need of re-tenanting, administration staff management and marketing campaign coordination.

Stuart was born and raised in Tampa Bay and has a broad-ranging network of owner/broker/tenant contacts. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the ICSC Next Generation and the X-Team Partner Network X-Next Group and MerryMakers. A licensed real estate salesperson in Texas and Florida, Stuart is a graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina.
