Sandia Wasserman

Sandia Wasserman has over nineteen years of experience in the Florida retail market. Her experience includes all aspects of shopping center portfolio leasing, site selection, outparcel sales, and tenant representation.

Ms. Wasserman currently represents national, regional, and local tenants in their expansion plans throughout Florida, with emphasis on the West Coast and Central Florida. She also has worked as an agent for shopping center owners and developers, handling portfolio leasing of space to local, regional and national tenants, preleasing of new retail projects and strategic planning and leasing of redevelopment projects. While employed at RMC Realty Companies, Ltd., Ms Wasserman was responsible for anchor tenant leasing for the entire RMC portfolio, totaling nearly six million square feet throughout the state of Florida.

Ms. Wasserman is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson and a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS). She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Xteam Retail Services Network, and Women in Retail Real Estate Development (WIRRED), and is a graduate cum laude of University of South Florida.
