Pattie has twenty-five years experience in the shopping center industry working with retailers, as well as, developers, landowners and institutions throughout Florida. She was responsible for the rollout of retail format stores for Vitamin World, opening over sixty-five stores in enclosed malls throughout the Eastern United States. Formerly with RMC/Konover Property Trust, Pattie has specialized in value-added leasing. Her expertise extends to management, development and all aspects of shopping center billing. She has consistently leased an average of 95,000 square feet per year over the past decade with an average transaction size of 2,500 square feet. Retail and office leasing production has included leases with local, regional and national tenants.

Pattie is a licensed Florida real estate broker and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
