Karmen Hayes

Ms. Worrell-Hayes has been a registered Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida for over 25 years and brings to the table knowledge and expertise in all areas of real estate.

As Sales Manager for Baldwin United (formerly known as Criterion) she maintained several offices in central Florida and although she enjoyed performing in a management capacity, her interaction with clients and her sales and marketing skills are what have brought her much recognition.  Worrell-Hayes also owned and operated her own real estate office in Tampa for many years and specialized in raw land.  One of her many achievements includes the sale of the SilverThorn golf course tract, located in Hernando County,  which she sold to Sembler before she took a hiatus to Hawaii in the l990’s.  Since her return to the Tampa Bay area, when she joined Florida Retail Partners, one of  her many notable achievements was the sale of the old Pier I site at the intersection of  275 & Fowler in the Temple Terrace area of Tampa.

In addition to being a Broker/Associate Worrell-Hayes is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  She was educated in Business Relations in Michigan.
